Nilgiri :

Nilgiri or Nil Giri or Neelgiri is one of the tallest peaks and beautiful tourist spots in Bandarban, Bangladesh. Nilgiri is about 3500 feet high and situated at Thanchi Thana of Bandarban district in Bangladesh. Nilgiri is about 46 km south of Bandarban on the Bandarban-Chimbuk-Thanchi road. Beside this Nilgiri spot travelers and tourists can also roam around the Mro villages. Their colorful culture and living style are surely an unexplored experience for the visitors and tourists.

Golden Temple

The Buddha Dhatu Jadi is a Theravada Buddhist temple known as the Bandarban Golden Temple. The Buddha Dhatu Jadi is located at Pulpara, 4 kilometer from Balaghata town and 10 kilometer from the remote Bandarban hill district in Bangladesh. The Bandarban Golden Temple is the largest Theravada Buddhist Temple with the second largest Buddha statue in Bangladesh

Nilachal is near about 2000 feet above the sea level and 5 kilometer away from the Bandarban town.

Shoilo Propat:

The waterfall named Shoilo Propat or Shoylo Propat at Milanchari, Bandarban, 4 km from the town on the road to Thanchi from Bandarban town. Shoilo propat is also an excellent site, maintained by Bangladesh Parjatan, the national tourism promotion corporation of Bangladesh

Prantik Lake:

Prantik Lake is really a beautiful tourist spot in Bandarban district of Bangladesh. Prantik lake of Bandarban is surrounded by many kind of plants and trees. How to go:

You can go directly to Dhiginala,Khagrachori by Starline, Dhaka. Ticket price will be around 500 to 550 taka. From Khagrachori , there is regular bus service to Dhiginala, Ticket price 150 tk. After reaching Dhiginala, you have to take bus from bus stand. This waterfall situated in Dhiginala – Morisha road . Ask local people for choose the right bus. 10 number waterfall is very common to local people. ticket price 20 tk. Bus will take you to 10 Number Police Post, There is a Little tea stall.then you have to walk a little to reach waterfall. There is a little water trail beside the road & after 10-15 minuets walk you can see the waterfall.

Hajachora Waterfall from Sajek - Rangamati Khagrachari. Sajek Valley is one of the hidden beauty of Bangladesh. Most of the people of our country think travel means visiting Cox's Bazar, Saint Martin or Bandarban tour in general sense. But few people visited Sajek Valley. হাজাছড়া ঝর্ণা (থাংঝাং ঝর্ণা), বাঘাইহাট, দিঘীনালা, খাগড়াছড়ি...

এই ঝর্ণাটির স্থানীয় পাহাড়ীদের দেয়া নাম হল চিত জুরানি থাংঝাং ঝর্ণা (মন প্রশান্তি ঝর্ণা) ।
হাজাছড়া ঝর্ণা (থাংঝাং ঝর্ণা), বাঘাইহাট, দিঘীনালা, খাগড়াছড়ি... এই ঝর্ণাটির স্থানীয় পাহাড়ীদের দেয়া নাম হল চিত জুরানি থাংঝাং ঝর্ণা (মন
 প্রশান্তি ঝর্ণা) । এটা খাগড়াছড়ি পার্বত্য জেলার বাঘাইছড়ি উপজেলার
সাজেক ইউনিয়নের বাঘাইহাট এলাকায় অবস্থিত। প্রকৃতি খাগড়াছড়িতে তৈরি করেছে নজরকাড়া হাজারও দৃশ্য। শুভ্র মেঘের চাদরের নিচে সবুজ বনরাজি আর ঢেউ খেলানো অসংখ্য ছোট-বড় পাহাড়। আর পাহাড়ের বুক চিরে আপন মনে বয়ে চলেছে অসংখ্য নদ-নদী ও ঝর্ণাধারা। পাহাড়, নদী ও ঝর্ণার পরশ নিতে প্রতিদিন এখানে হাজির হন অসংখ্য পর্যটক।
পাহাড়ের কোল জুড়ে নেমেছে ঝুম বৃষ্টি। গ্রীষ্মের প্রখর তাপে শুকিয়ে যাওয়া প্রকৃতি, জুম চাষ, সবুজ বনানী সবই যেন বৃষ্টিতে নতুন প্রাণ ফিরে পায়।
প্রাণের জোয়ারে পাহাড়গুলো এখন বেশ কচকচে সবুজ। বড় বড় বৃষ্টির অবিরত ফোটায় সবুজ পাহাড়ের রাজ্য ডানা মেলেছে। এমন বর্ষায় ঝরনার সত্যিকারের রূপ দেখা যায়।
তাই ঝরনা রূপ দেখতে চাইলে এখনই উপযুক্ত সময়।
হাজাছড়া ঝরনা। খাগড়াছড়ির বাঘাইছড়ি উপজেলার ১০ নম্বর রাস্তার পাশে এই ঝরনা পযর্টকদের কাছে বেশ জনপ্রিয়। রাস্তা থেকে ১৫ মিনিট ঝিরিপথ ধরে হেঁটে পৌঁছানো যায় ঝরনার পাদদেশে। সম্মোহনী কলকল শব্দ দূর থেকেই ঘোরের সৃ্ষ্টি করে।
সবুজে ঘেরা ঝিরি পথ পেরোলেই স্বাগতম জানাবে হাজাছড়া বিশালকায় ঝরনা। পুরো বর্ষায় হাজাছড়ার রূপের তুলনা সে নিজেই।
রাস্তার দুপাশ জুড়ে আদিবাসীদের বসবাস। পথের ধারেই নানান শস্যের জুমের ক্ষেত। চলতে চলতে হঠাৎ চেনা রংধনু, ছুঁয়েছে পাহাড়ের চূড়া!
গাড়ির পথ শেষ করে এবার হাঁটার পালা। বেশি দূরের পথ নয়। তবে ঘোর বর্ষার কারণে ঝিরির পুরো পথে কোথাও কোমর সমান পানি কোথাও বা আরও বেশি। এই পথ ধরেই ঝরনার দিকে এগিয়ে যাওয়া।
পাহাড়ের কোল জুড়ে আঁকাবাঁকা রেখার মতো বয়ে চলেছে ঝিরির স্রোতধারা। ঝরনা থেকেই সাধারণত ঝিরির সূচনা হয়। কিছুদূর অগ্রসর হতেই কানে আসে ঝরনার কলকল ধ্বনি। বহুবার এই ঝরনায় গেলেও এত তীব্র শব্দ আগে কখনও শোনা হয়নি।
ঘন জঙ্গলের ভিতর দিয়ে ঝরনায় চোখে পড়তেই আটকে যেতে হয়। এমন বিশালাকৃতির ঝরনা! তীব্রগতিতে বয়ে পড়ছে জলের ধারা। কাছে যেতেই জল নিংড়ানো হালকা হালকা শিশির ভিজিয়ে দিল সবাইকে। ঝরনার সামনে দাঁড়িয়ে মুগ্ধ অভিযাত্রীর দল।
ঝিরির পথ ধরে হাঁটা।
মূলত দীর্ঘদিন টানা বৃষ্টির কারণে পাহাড় যেমন তার চেনা রূপ ফিরে পেয়েছে তেমনি ঝরনাগুলো ভরে উঠেছে বিশাল জলের ধারায়। প্রকৃতিপ্রেমীর কাছে এই ঝরনা মুগ্ধকর!
যেভাবে যাবেন
প্রথমে যেতে হবে খাগড়াছড়ি অথবা দিঘীনালা। দিঘীনালা বাসটার্মিনাল থেকে মোটরবাইক বা চাঁদের গাড়ি করে বাঘাইহাটের আগে ১০ নম্বরে নেমে ১৫ মিনিটের হাঁটাপথ শেষ করে ঝরনায় পৌঁছানো যায়।
